Brent started his career as an engineer at a small manufacturer in the GTA before being promoted to General Manager, where he experienced the frustrations of a small-medium business in the logistics industry. Brent’s career has included opportunities in various management, operational, and strategic capacities in industries such as travel and tourism, consumer and healthcare, manufacturing, entrepreneurship, sports and leisure, and direct client.

Rena Hawkins, COO of FreightFind.com, has 17 years of experience in transportation. She has developed her reputation in the industry from the ground up, starting as a receptionist at Challenger Motor Freight, growing to Logistics Manager at Powerline Logistics, and then founder and owner of H-Four Logistics Inc. Rena has insight on the carrier-end with a comprehensive understanding of reliable transportation operation. Her level of customer service has been complemented through working on the broker-end, meeting the ever-changing needs of shippers in a variety of industries. Her accomplishment of obtaining her CCLP (CITT – Certified Logistic Professional) designation through the Canadian Institution of Traffic and Transportation gives her that step above, and shows her desire for continued learning and development.
